Neurodiversity is a term that recognises that the human brain is incredibly diverse. Just like we have different hair colours and eye colours, we also have variations in how our brains are wired.
Mental health is our overall emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It's about how we feel, think, and behave. Just like physical health, our mental health can fluctuate. We can experience periods of good mental health, where we feel happy, resilient, and able to cope with life's challenges.
